Mark Conese leads the Conese Law Office with experience and drive. In addition to his role as a talented attorney, he served twelve years as a Judge, from 1987-1999, giving him a unique perspective into his clients' legal matters. He practices in family law and domestic relations, including divorce, child support, custody, visitation, and adoption. He also represents clients in criminal defense, DUI and handles bankruptcy. Other areas of his practice include probate and estate administration and wills.

In 1987, at 29 years of age, Mr. Conese was the youngest person ever to serve as a judge in the state of Ohio. He approached his two terms much as he does his legal practice - with innovation and a drive toward client service. He was instrumental in the establishment of night court and family law mediation to make the law more accessible to consumers. He also contributed his time to lobbying for legislation aimed at streamlining the judicial system and was involved in legislation relating to church and cemetery vandalism.

Mr. Conese's time on the bench included family court and criminal court near Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Because of the high number of students, he presided over many cases involving alcohol related crime, such as DUI, vandalism, and underage drinking. His experience gives him the ability to anticipate challenges and strategies from the defense and prosecution. He has also attended the National Judicial College, a special seminar for judges all over the globe. Mr. Conese has made a special effort to stay abreast of legal trends, attending seminars in such topics as family law, general jurisdiction, and financial statements as evidence in the courtroom. He has also shared his knowledge with other attorneys and political officials by teaching seminars.

He is admitted to practice in Ohio and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio.  He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and attained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History from Miami University.
